Registration and Enrollment:

Participants interested in joining the Recreational Program register and enroll. This involves providing personal information, agreeing to terms, and paying the registration fee.

Communication and Information:

The program administrators send out communication to enrolled participants, providing comprehensive information about the program’s details, schedule, rules, and expectations.

Practice Sessions:

The Recreational Program includes one practice session per week. This session is dedicated to skill development, team building, and preparing participants for the upcoming weekend games.

Weekend Games:

Every weekend, as per the published schedule, participants who have opted for game participation will compete against teams from other basketball associations. These games offer an opportunity for friendly competition and application of skills learned during practice sessions.

Coach Interaction and Lineup Planning:

The Coach interacts with participants during practice sessions, discussing strategies, addressing concerns, and gathering availability information. The Coach plans game lineups based on the participants available for each specific weekend.

Substitutions and Alternates:

In cases where a participant can’t make it to a game, the Coach arranges for substitutions from the pool of participants who are available. This maintains the team’s competitiveness and ensures everyone gets a chance to play.

Skill Improvement and Team Bonding:

The Recreational Program not only focuses on games but also emphasizes skill improvement and team bonding through regular practice sessions. This holistic approach enhances the overall experience for participants.

Flexibility and Enjoyment:

The program balances game participation with participants’ other commitments. Flexibility is maintained to ensure that everyone can enjoy the program without feeling overwhelmed.

Program Feedback:

At the end of the program or season, participants are encouraged to provide feedback, which helps organizers make improvements for the next iteration of the program.
